The location across from a popular venue made it convenient for catching shows, while the beautifully landscaped grounds provided a nice garden escape amidst the buzz. Plus, the unique decor throughout the rooms and common areas adds a charming bohemian vibe that’s hard to find elsewhere.

While the atmosphere is inviting, rooms can be cramped, lacking space for personal belongings or basic amenities like a coffee maker—definitely inconvenient for longer stays. Noise from South Congress can be quite disruptive, making restful sleep a challenge at times, especially if you're light on the snooze button. Additionally, the pool area has a mosquito issue that can dampen outdoor lounging experiences.

Our stay for three nights was enjoyable overall, especially lounging by the lively courtyard. Although the ambiance is fun, be prepared for noise from the street. Ensure to check in early to get accurate billing! Also, be cautious at the pool area due to potential mosquito issues.

our stay at san jose was absolutely enjoyable. the queen studio was comfy and clean, just off a busy street but quiet. the hotel had a very calm vibe and great amenities. located in a fantastic area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, it made exploring easy.

I enjoyed my stay in a comfy Queen Studio with a nice courtyard that offered a peaceful escape from the outside bustle. The location was fantastic for exploring nearby shops and restaurants. However, the lack of basic amenities like a coffee maker was a letdown, and the noise from the street could be disruptive at times.

Only downside was the noise from outside. sometimes you could hear other guests chatting. But overall, it was a great vibe and I enjoyed the stay.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to great shops and restaurants. The queen studio was calm and comfy, with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Loved relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Staff was super helpful and gave awesome local recommendations. Jo's Coffee next door was a great morning stop.

Loved the vibe here! The outdoor pool was perfect for cooling off after a hot day, and the courtyard was super chill for hanging out. Also, the unique decor gave it a bohemian feel that I loved. And even though there was no coffee maker, the coffee from the shop next door hit the spot!
